I read this book for book club, and while it wasn’t a topic I was looking forward to initially, it was an engaging and fast-paced read and I learned a lot about how predators operate and the pain they cause. Let Me Prey Upon You is a compelling true story; very well written by a courageous, inspiring woman. Sandy shares her devastating experiences starting when she was a teen and she shares how she survived several years of trauma. I feel this book can give hope to others who have been abused and help them find the strength and ability to heal. I highly recommend this book.

Let Me Prey Upon you is eye opening! Sandy’s transparency enlightens us. As we journey through her pain, it creates a sphere of awareness to spur action and initiative toward prevention of abuse. A good read also for those that have battled narcissism in a past marriage or relationship.

This book grabbed me on the first page. The author tells such a tragic tale, but thankfully she came out of the experience as a strong, confident woman and she is a victim no more!
